I think it so beautiful how you use your blog to bring awareness to important issues, not just to share your thoughts (although that is great too). I've enjoyed your blog so much, I've nominated you for two awards on my blog (http://theprincessandthepeestick.blogspot.com). I can't wait to see what you write next...and thank you for sharing Anton's story with me. I cried but it was beautiful, too.
This blog was created to share our journey to parenthood. The past year has brought us much heartache. We have had three tubal pregnacies. One of those pregancies resulting in emergency sugery to remove my right fallopian tube. Then Jason and I were told in May of 2010 that the only way we would be able to have biological children is with in vitro fertilization (IVF). So here starts the process. There is so much to learn and it all seems so overwhelming. IVF will cost us at least $15,000 for one round. It is our hope that we will only need one round of IVF. Our time is truly ticking quickly for two reasons, MONEY and MY AGE. While I am still "young" to the real world, I am not so young to the IVF world. I become "high risk" at 35 (in one year). Not much time to save money or sit back and relax. We will place our trust in the hands of Dr. Lu at the Fertility Institute and pray Dr. Lu and his team will be able to make our dearm come true. ________________________ August 16, 2010 TIME OUT ________________________ January 2011 Game on Researching doctors. No longer scared to take my problems to another clinic, in another state. Waiting on paper work from Dr. John Nel Anderson in Alaska. Hoping Dr. Anderson will be able to help us make a baby. _________________________ April 2011 Using Dr. Anderson. Starting meds for IVF. Yippy!!! _________________________
